  • When do we know when my band performs?
    As the festival approaches, a schedule will be emailed to all directors. This will include information on warm up and performance times and rooms.
  • Where do I go if I have a questions during the festival?
    Information desks will be located in The Pablo Center at the Confluence, Davies Center, and Centennial Hall with staff to assist you with any questions you may have.
  • What is the difference between competitive and non-competitive in the instrumental division?
    Each group performs the same number of pieces. The groups are given verbal and written feedback from the adjudicators. The only differences are: Will not be compared against other schools Non-competitive will have a minimum of two judges Competitive has to do a sight-reading piece
  • Are there venues on Jazz Crawl that are appropriate for my students?
    Yes! Stay tuned for a full lineup of venues in early Spring 2021.
  • How do I edit my registration info?
    To edit your info after you have registered, log in here. If you are unable to log in or have further questions, please email us at info@eauclairejazz.com or call at 715-836-4092 for assistance.
  • How much does it cost to register my band?
    Registering your band can be done here. This link can also be found under the Register tab at www.eauclairejazz.com. Pricing is as follows: Big Bands - $275, Combos - $200, Vocal Ensembles - $275
  • Where do I park my bus?
    On Friday, April 23rd, we will have parking passes available for any lot on the UW-Eau Claire campus. Other parking options will be nearby at Carson Park. On Saturday, April 24th, parking will be available in any lot on the UW-Eau Claire campus.
  • Where can I take my band to eat?
    Great places to eat in Eau Claire include: The Lakely, The Informalist, Acoustic Cafe, Houligan’s, Pizza Plus, Mona Lisa's, The Nucleus, Dooley’s Pub, El Patio, Milwaukee Burger, Mogie’s Pub, Azul Tequila, and Stella Blues.   • How do I purchase tickets for my students for the Concert Series and Jazz Crawl?
    Group tickets for the Concert Series can be purchases seperatly from registering by calling or purchasing tickets online through The Pablo Center at the Confluence. For the Jazz Crawl, please contact the Festival Director.
