Student Performances

Throughout the festival, student combos and big bands will compete for various accolades and prizes including the chance to play on the headline concerts or even win a free instrument for their school.

Clinics & Masterclasses

Accomplished musicians from around the country attend this festival and one of their contributions is to host educational classes. These clinics and masterclasses help spread the wealth of knowledge that congregates in Eau Claire at this special event.

Headline Concerts

The festival culminates in two nightly performances of multiple ensembles, ultimately featuring UW- Eau Claire's Jazz Ensemble I collaborating with the selected guest artists that year. Click here to read more about this year's guest artists.

52nd Street

On Friday night of the festival, downtown Eau Claire transforms into a recreation of the historic 52nd street in New York City, a location infamous for its prevalance of jazz clubs and wealth of talent. Over twenty performance venues host concerts all evening long!

Thursday Concert

New in 2019! Thursday night will feature a concert hosted by the great Chris Botti and group. Don't miss this chance to see a legendary performer!
